1. Program Description

The Workforce Development and Technology Transfer Program (WDTTP) is aimed at enhancing the skills and employability of Sierra Leoneans while facilitating the transfer of knowledge and technology from foreign and multinational companies to local industries. This program ensures that the country’s workforce is equipped with the necessary technical and vocational skills to meet industry demands and drive economic transformation.
