The Sierra Leone Local Content Agency (SLLCA) is a specialized semi-autonomous agency of the Government of Sierra Leone, established to implement the Local Content Agency Act of 2016. Our mandate is to drive economic empowerment by ensuring that Sierra Leoneans and local enterprises actively participate in key sectors of the economy.
